Play festival - at the Colorado Park adventure playground - free participation for one child
For many years now, a big play and family festival has been held at the Colorado Park adventure playground in spring. A roller slide, bouncy cushion & bouncy castle, climbing tower and other play equipment are set up around the adventure playground! The children can have their faces painted, do arts and crafts and go bullriding. Delicious food and drinks will also be provided. There will be a great stage program with the TriTra puppet theater and a dance performance by the FKG Narrhalla!
Entry costs €3 per person, with children's tickets automatically being entered into the prize draw for a children's bicycle.
Where the tribal area of the Dornbuschler borders on that of the Ginnheimer, in the shadow of Frankfurt's largest totem pole, namely the television tower, lies the Colorado Park adventure playground as a socio-educational facility. This is where the smallest sequoia trees grow, where there is the smallest Grand Canyon and a real stagecoach, wooden horses with stables and a rocket with a roller slide just like at Cape Canaveral. A children's world is being built here as a reminder that American kids lived and played in the former housing areas in the neighborhood for decades. On hot summer days, the water play landscape invites children to splash around, cool off, build bridges and, of course, have water fights. In one of the many streams, dams are built, while in another, mini canoes are used to go on a big sea voyage.
