In our "Events" section, you will find all time-limited offers. In the "Dining & Delights," "Leisure," and "Shopping" sections, you will find all permanently valid offers that you can typically use once a month by redeeming a voucher, entering a code in the online shop, or presenting the card. The specific details can be found under "Terms of Use and Card Pickup" for each offer.

To book offers that require a reservation, please use your NEWCOMERS CITY CARD number:

You can identify events that require reservations by the green checkmark and the note "Online booking." After filling out the booking form, you will receive a confirmation email.

In general, as a NEWCOMERS CITY CARD holder, you can only avail of the offers if you can present the card. The benefits of the card are limited to the cardholder and are not transferable. Please note that the CITY CARD is only valid for individuals aged 18 and above. NEWCOMERS CITY CARD offers are always subject to availability.

Typically, only cash payment is accepted at the box office.
Short-term price changes at the box office are possible.

Please remember that your registration is binding. If you are unable to attend an event, please inform us directly by sending an email to citycard@mmg.de or by calling 069 97460-110, so that we can release your blocked ticket.

Please inform us as soon as possible about the loss or damage of your card so that we can block it. Upon request, we will be happy to send you a replacement card (processing fee of 10 euros will apply).

The NEWCOMERS CITY CARD is a product of the Frankfurt-based agency k/c/e Marketing GmbH, affiliated with the city magazine JOURNAL FRANKFURT, and in collaboration with many partners from the fields of culture, music, gastronomy, retail, and leisure.

NEWCOMERS CITY CARD ONLINE:
You can cancel the NEWCOMERS CITY CARD ONLINE at any time in writing, up to four weeks before the end of the billing period. You will then no longer receive a new NEWCOMERS CITY CARD ONLINE.

NEWCOMERS CITY CARD with JOURNAL FRANKFURT:
You can cancel the NEWCOMERS CITY CARD at any time in writing, four weeks before the end of the billing period. You will no longer receive a new card. To cancel before the end of the billing period, please send the card by registered mail to the NEWCOMERS CITY CARD Service. You will receive a pro-rated refund of the annual fee for each full month remaining.

NEWCOMERS CITY CARD in addition to your existing JOURNAL FRANKFURT subscription:
Your NEWCOMERS CITY CARD's billing period and cancellation conditions are aligned with your existing JOURNAL FRANKFURT subscription.
