The Impression Tour is the ideal tour for anyone who wants to take a brief, inquisitive look behind the scenes at Henkell Freixenet, one of the most important sparkling wine cellars in the world. The tour starts in the impressive marble hall of the Wiesbaden headquarters. A glass of sparkling wine is served as a welcome drink before the tour continues to the sparkling wine production area, where the basics of sparkling wine production are explained. Here, the tour participants learn, for example, what makes a cuvée and what the term "dosage" means. The next stop on the Impression Tour leads through the seven-storey deep wine cellar of the Henkell Freixenet sparkling wine cellar to the modern sparkling wine factory, where visitors are given an insight into the craft of traditional bottle fermentation. The Impression Tour ends in the Henkell Freixenet store, where you can shop to your heart's content (Sundays excluded).
