The salty air in the SalzHeilGrotte has a very strong expectorant and anti-inflammatory effect. The antiseptic effect of the salt aerosol is also suitable for preventing infections and allergic reactions to the respiratory tract. With its cozy ambience, the SalzHeilGrotte offers the perfect atmosphere to relax while the salt aerosols penetrate deep into the airways and cleanse them from the inside. Salt inhalation is particularly helpful for people with respiratory problems, allergies, a weakened immune system or skin diseases. The effect can be felt after the first few sessions and characteristic changes can be seen after the eighth visit at the latest. You can then relax for 45 minutes to the sounds of wellness music, either sitting comfortably or lying comfortably.
