Fitness in the FitnessWerkstatt stands for intensive training that really challenges you and always keeps your health in focus. You can train in a group of like-minded people or on your own and you can also determine the intensity individually.
Courses are offered in strength and agility training, high intensity training, muscle training and yoga. The varied course program also includes special training sessions during and after pregnancy.
