MIMONCHY

The makers of MIMONCHY Eismanufaktur are the second generation of an ice cream dynasty and have made it their mission to produce regional and sustainable ice cream that is free from animal products and full of flavor. The mobile ice cream bus with the unmistakable Moustache logo offers delicious fruit sorbets such as mango and strawberry as well as classics such as vanilla and chocolate based on almond milk. In the spirit of sustainability, even this is made from European almonds. But specialties such as nougat, salted caramel, yoghurt elderberry or peanut can also be enjoyed in the vegan and therefore lactose-free version.
