Warm sounds, flowing rhythms and haunting melodies - this is what characterizes the music of Colour Haze from Munich, who can now look back on 30 years of band history. The band has always been a master at creating powerful soundscapes: gentle, dreamy melodies float through the room, gradually gaining energy until a hypnotizing groove emerges.
Suddenly, everything erupts in seething, powerful hard rock eruptions, only to collapse again in the next moment. The Black Cat's Eye - glistening fuzz, bass and drum riffs, interwoven chord pickings and lead guitars rooted in the blues - sometimes screaming, singing or raw. And floating above it all are anthemic instrumental and vocal melodies. The musical style of the band, which was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 2018, harks back directly to the 60s and 70s - the great era of psychedelic rock.
The band HUM also hails from the Frankfurt region and presents its version of psychedelic rock to the astonished world: slow heavy grooves, sometimes minimalist, sometimes with sound experiments. Surreal and very characteristic songs with sparingly used choir vocals ensure a high recognition value.
