Green sauce is THE traditional Frankfurt dish in spring and a special wine crate has been created in its honor, which can be transformed into a green sauce herb bed after enjoying the delicious "Ebbelwois". The wine box contains two bottles of apple wine from the Apfelweingalerie (0.33l each), two Schobbe glasses from the traditional Apfelwein Wagner in Sachsenhausen (0.3l), 10 spring tablets (soil), seeds for the seven Grüne Soße herbs (individually packaged), labels for labeling, instructions and a herb knife. All you need to do is add water, sun, time and lots of love to make your own green sauce!
And as a free supplement, there is also a voucher for the "Green Sauce March" as a walk with quiz through the home of the seven herbs in Frankfurt Oberrad & Sachsenhausen.
