Enchanting young greenery, aromatic blossom scents and the first warm rays of sunshine on your skin! During the blossom hike at the Steinberg fruit farm, you can taste Schneider's single-variety apple wines and juices under the apple tree. The event starts with a welcome drink. Then the blossom hike begins with a tasting of cider, cider or apple juice directly at their birthplace on the orchard meadow. There are insights into the cider philosophy and the organic farming methods of the orchard. Other topics include the production of single-varietal ciders, the preservation of historical fruit varieties, biodiversity and orchard protection, organic plant protection and fertilization and gardening tips. We will also visit the bee colonies of our friends at the Kramer organic beekeeping farm and taste some organic honey. After the spring-fresh walk through the budding nature, there will be an organic snack in the Schoppenwirtschaft.

The price includes a glass of house wine or apple juice as a welcome drink and a drink and the honey during the walk. The organic snack includes: 1 bratwurst (mixed pork/beef sausage) or 2 vegan organic cevapcici with homemade potato salad or 1 large hand cheese, bread and butter. Served with 1 glass of house wine, apple juice or water. Subject to change without notice!

Punctual arrival is requested. Please wear sturdy shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. The events take place in all weathers; if the weather is too bad, the moderated tasting will take place indoors. The walk is not barrier-free and takes around 1.5 hours.
