A culinary journey to Brittany is possible with the original Breton sweet crêpes and savory galettes at Chez Vivi! While these delicacies were previously only available at events at Virginie Dorso's food truck or in pop-up stores, they are now also available five days a week in the permanent store on Schweizer Strasse.

Chez Vivi was launched by Virginie Dorso in 2013. Ever since she left her native Brittany and swapped her beloved sea for the Main in Frankfurt, she had been longing for the culinary specialties of the western French coastal region. So she decided to bring a piece of Brittany back to Germany and made a spontaneous trip to her homeland in 2012 to train as a maître crêpière. Since then, she has been serving her guests sweet crêpes with a choice of jam, chocolate cream or caramel au beurre salé. The savory galettes are either traditional with ham, cheese and egg or more unusual with pear, olive cream, goat's cheese and candied walnuts. There is also an "integration galette" with green sauce, potato, egg and cheese or a vegan version with potato, beet cream, chives and sunflower seeds.
