Dampfbahnclub Rhein-Main e.V.

At the Dampfbahnclub Rhein-Main e.V., trains with original coal-fired steam locomotives on a scale of 1:3.3 to 1:11 run on the driving days in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg. Young and old railroad enthusiasts can take a seat on the attached seating carriages and enjoy the ride. Children can see the locomotives up close, curious questions are always answered and a look into the blazing fire is of course also included.

On the operating days, always on the last Sunday of the month from April to October, there are plenty of other railroad vehicles from club members and guests to see alongside the public trains, which are hauled by steam, petrol and electric locomotives. I and IIm gauge (LGB) trains - including electric and steam-powered ones, of course - will be on display on a table-top layout with around 40 m of oval track.
